Shipping Provider

We ship all orders using Royal Mail via the Tracked 48 service. This service provides tracking and delivery confirmation.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver parcels within 2–3 working days, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer due to operational delays.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days
  • Delivery time (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 working days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Royal Mail does not deliver on UK bank holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is offered, this will be stated on the website.

Tracking

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and include tracking.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Responsibility

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • The seller is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the item has been successfully delivered to the address provided.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel:

  • Has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or
  • Is marked as delivered but you have not received it

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue.

Retailers are responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely, and customers are entitled to support if delivery fails.
