We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are responsible for delivering goods to you.

Risk passes to you only when goods are delivered to your physical possession.

This complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

SECTION 7 – YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Your cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

SECTION 8 – FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:

  • full refund within 30 days
  • repair or replacement
  • price reduction or final refund

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty goods.

SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • breach of your legal rights as a consumer

We are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by UK law.

SECTION 13 – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use Shopify to operate our store.

Your purchase contract is with QuietGrid, not Shopify.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you breach these Terms.

This does not affect orders already placed.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings there.

SECTION 16 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be posted on our website.
